MediaTek Helio X20 vs Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 vs Samsung Exynos 7420

MediaTek is improving fast. After recently releasing Helio X10 processor for the high end smartphone, now they are preparing something big. A whopping 10 core processor.

Rumor said, the Taiwanese company will show off their 10 core processor at a special event for selected guests. If it's true, Qualcomm's innovation that providing octa core (8 core) in one processor looked unspecial.

The new processor, the Helio X20, is claimed to achieve more than 70K points on AnTuTu benchmark. This score beats Snapdragon 810 and the latest Exynos 7420 on Galaxy S6 by far. Both of them scored around 60K points.

The most interesting part, Xiaomi and Vivo will be one of the first manufacturers that embed the processor on their upcoming smartphones. So, hopefully they will not come at an astronomical price.

For your information, MediaTek Helio X10 on HTC One M9+ scores more than 50K points at AnTuTu. As comparison, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 only managed to score less than 50K at AnTuTu.
