Why Bolt's 4G LTE is Better than GSM Operator's 4G LTE?

Bolt is the first commercial 4G LTE operator in Jabodetabek and North Sumatera. With the rise of GSM operator in 4G LTE market, and with wider possible coverage area, is Bolt under threat?

 

They say: No. Bolt's 4G LTE is much better than 4G LTE connection provided by GSM operator. At least according to their claim. But why?

Bolt has 15MHz + 15MHz spectrum on LTE frequency. While GSM operators has only 7,5MHz (Telkomsel and XL), while Indosat has 10MHz of spectrum to share to all of their 4G users.

Second, Bolt claimed that they have used fiber optic cable connection between 97% of their BTS. Data transfer speed can be faster compared if the connection between BTS is using wireless connection.

Third, although they don't mention this, Bolt has only 1 million subscriber. How many users that Telkomsel or XL or Indosat have? Many millions more than Bolt. And they all shared only 7,5-10MHz spectrum. Good luck to that.
